Ecotage - Redemption LP **PREORDER**

ECOTAGE is a Finnish vegan hardcore band established in 2022, influenced by late ’90s metalcore and hardcore, blending heavy riffs with themes of environmentalism and animal rights.

Since their debut shows in late 2022, the band has been a consistent presence on the Finnish underground scene, releasing their debut EP Devastation on Knives Out Records (FR) in 2024 and playing shows in Sweden the following year.

Their second EP, Redemption, is coming out in spring 2026 on single-sided 12” ecovinyl, co-released by Genet (BE), Bound by Modern Age(DE) and Bitter Melody (US). On the 5-track EP, the band explores humanity’s relationship with nonhuman animals — from the realities of captivity and slaughter to mankind’s fear and demonization of the wild, delivered through a relentlessly crushing metallic hardcore sound while leaving room for hints of melody rooted in Scandinavian death metal.

Summer 2026 sees Ecotage take Redemption to Europe, with shows across Scandinavia, mainland Europe and the Baltics, including an appearance at Ieperfest in Belgium.

Single-sided 12” pressed on ecovinyl, limited to 200 copies in two colour variants (100/100). Co-released by Genet (BE), Bound By Modern Age (DE) and Bitter Melody (US).
